Penny Lennox is a photographer and lawyer living in Somerville, Massachusetts. Her work ranges from the concrete to the abstract and includes a lot of travel and a lot of people.

Penny’s love of photography began at around the age of 4 when she first witnessed her older brother turn their parents’ bathroom into a darkroom and produce prints as if by magic. She went on to study Film at Vassar, and strangely enough to law school; coming back to Photography later. She went on to study at New England School of Photography and Maine Media Workshop and College.

I’m happy to sell prints. If you like an image, reach out to me and I’ll make you a good deal on a custom print. I’ll output to paper, metal, acrylic, wall murals… you name it.

San Francisco

I started getting serious about photography as I started traveling internationally a lot in my late 20s. When I’m holding a camera, I see things differently. A switch inside me shifts to looking for light and shadow, pattern, repetition, contrast and beauty. It gives a shape and purpose to my travels and provides plenty of souvenirs.

I also love to do family portraiture. There’s something magical that happens when you capture the personality and relationships among people who love each other.
